We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

we would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a formal dress code for our wedding. Being a coastal wedding, colours are encouraged! Ladies, please be cautious of shoe choices as the event is taking place on the lawn. If you need any help with outfit ideas please reach out to Brittany and she would be happy to help! We promise once you arrive at the venue for our big day you'll see this idea come to life!!

we kindly ask that you avoid colours traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams.

Due to a non-traditional choice, we would appreciate it if all black clothing was avoided (this includes dresses and suits). Black shoes & heels are allowed.

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Harrison Chalet in Harrison Hot Springs, British Columbia.

the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner will take place in the back lawn area. The patios will be accessible throughout the night for photos, breathers, mingling, etc!

unfortunately, there is limited parking spaces available which will be occupied by our wonderful vendors. Guests can park at the market up the street. The venue is not responsible for lost or stolen items, so please do not leave anything tempting in view of the windows.

We were hoping you'd ask! the ceremony will begin at 3 pm. We ask that you try to arrive at least 30- 60 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking and seating as there will not be parking onsite.

Yes! Drinks are on us, hangover on you! Please drink responsibly and carpool/ Uber if needed! *please bring a valid ID*

we would love for all of our family and friends to be fully present in the moment with us, so we are having an "unplugged" ceremony. we ask that our guests silence/turn off their phones and refrain from taking photos and videos during the ceremony. Our professional photographers will take care of the photo coverage. you are more than welcome to take photos and videos during the reception!

unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you rsvp late. we will need to provide our vendors and the venue exact guest count by a certain date. While we will send out reminders, as well as send out invitations early, please be sure to rsvp as soon as possible or else bring a chair and a sandwich!

you will be missed! if you cannot make our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and rsvp "NO" so we can plan accordingly.
