Although we've been together for over 11 years, our story is short and sweet. Sarah and I are high school sweethearts. We met in math class on the first day of high school in September 2009. Throughout high school, we mostly talked if we had classes together but in Grade 11 we started to form an obvious connection.

Sarah started taking guitar lessons from my dad who has been teaching music for quite some time. Later I would find out that she wasn't coming to my house just for guitar lessons. Anyway, her plan worked. Every Thursday before her guitar lessons she would come over a bit early to hang out. Only a month or so later, we started dating on Valentine's Day and have celebrated 11 Valentine's Days as a couple ever since.

On June 28, 2025, we're getting married but it's felt like we've already had a life together. We've travelled together, learned together, laughed together, loved together and lost together. Sarah and I are best friends and I can't imagine being without each other.
